Upon moving to the United States, he settled in Brooklyn, New York, where he currently resides. SAL it is the way in which I sign my work. I am a self-taught artist expressing my technique through acrylic and oil media, as well as watercolor and sculpture. My inspirations are the environment that surrounds me, my family and my friends all reflecting my Central American origins.

Serie: PETLATL / PETATE Un petate es una cama usada en América Central y México. Su nombre proviene de la palabra náhuatl petlatl. El petate es tejido de las fibras de la Palm (Leucothrinax morrisii).
